Background
K-TECH Construction Public Company Limited was established in 1997 (as K-TECH Construction & Engineering Company Limited) converting to a public company in February, 2004 prior to listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
K-TECH was established on the eve of the Asian financial crisis and has operated under a diverse range of market conditions. While most sectors of the Thai economy were adversely impacted by the effects of the Asian financial crisis, the construction industry was particularly hard hit and those operating within the industry were required to operate in an environment of intense competition. It is against this background that K-TECH has evolved into one of Thailand’s leading construction and engineering companies.
K-TECH’s ability to adapt to fluctuating market conditions, commitment to technical and operational excellence and to providing clients with high quality projects has enabled K-TECH to achieve sustained growth.
